Christian greetings!

 

On April 18, 1906 an earthquake and fire destroyed much of San Francisco -- 530 people died, with $350 million worth of damage done. 

 

In the same month and year as the San Francisco event, a DIVINE earthquake (Acts 4:31)  hit Los Angeles with an incredible outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  This evolved into a vast movement numbering more than 500 million worldwide today, 100 years later. The Azusa Street Centennial will be held April 25-29 in Los Angeles.  Thousands of people will gather in for the 100th anniversary celebration of the 1906 Azusa Street Revival which changed the face of the church and birthed an unprecedented move of God that continues today.  Hallelujah!

"During April 25-29, 2006, celebrations will include daily tours of the various Pentecostal landmarks including the Bonnie Brae Street house, the Azusa Street Mission site, and Angelus Temple  For the first time, guests from around the world will also be able to visit the Parsonage of Aimee Semple McPherson, world famous evangelist and founder of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, next door to Angelus Temple.  Visitors to her home -- restored with original furniture, photographs, props, personal artifacts and displays -- will encounter her famous illustrated sermons, her inspirational music, her personal challenges, her spirit of triumphs, and lasting legacy."

 

 

We are truly living in an the dispensation of the Holy Spirit, the fulfillment of Joel's prophecy when the power of God is bestowed upon ALL people, including us!
